In 2 Steps I will Tell you how to Boil Rajma (Red Kidney Bean) instantly without soaking it for hours. Many times my son demands Rajma (Red Kidney Bean) and at that time I have to boil it instantly and i know this situation surely occur with you also.

1st Step

Wash rajma, put it in Pressure Cooker. Now Put 1 tea spoon of salt and 1 tea spoon refined oil. Now refined is first essential thing to boil rajma faster without soaking.
Now put water in pressure cooker and keep it 1 inch above level of rajma. Now keep it on high flame and cook rajma till 3 whistles.
After that off the flame and keep pressure cooker close for 10 minutes to let rajma cook in its steam.

Now we will open cooker and you will see some rajma comes on top of water. Now put cold water on rajma and it will settle down by that. Cold water is second trick to boil rajma without soaking.
Now put pressure cooker again on flame and cook it till 2 whistles. After that keep it on low flame for half hour. Now open it and your rajma is perfectly boiled.
